Peter Khoury

Certified as a LEED GA, Experienced Senior Architect & Urban Planner with 15+ years of expertise in project planning and development, specializing in diverse projects such as Smart Cities, City Profiling, architectural designs, construction, refugee crisis shelters, and landscaping initiatives. Proficient in delivering environmentally responsible and sustainable solutions by integrating landscaping designs and promoting LEED Green Associate principles. Skilled in project management, urban planning, and team leadership, with a focus on the MENA region. Known for motivating teams, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction. A creative and innovative thinker who transforms inspiring ideas into reality from conceptualization to completion. Extensive experience includes serving as a consultant for prestigious organizations like UNDP and UNESCO, as well as being the Head of Planning and Engineering Unit at Bsharri Municipality. Holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Management, along with a Master's degree in Architecture. Actively involved in teaching, conferences, and professional affiliations.

Tony Daoud

Passionate and creative architect with expertise in green architecture, landscaping, shop drawings, and model making. Specializing in creating captivating landscapes that enhance the design of residential and commercial projects. Successfully integrated landscaping elements that blend seamlessly with the architectural vision, incorporating sustainable practices and natural elements. Completed over 20 diverse projects, delivering visually appealing designs that inspire and excite clients. As the Executive Director of A plus union group, showcased strong leadership skills in project management, team collaboration, and driving company growth. Proficient in project design, management, and client communication. Holds a bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies and a master's degree in Architecture, with a specialization in Landscape, from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. Combining expertise in landscaping, project management, and dedication to sustainable design to create visually stunning and sustainable spaces that exceed client expectations, contributing to project and organizational success.
